- General
- Avenue Homes reserves the right to reject advertisements.
- Only approved content will be allowed in an advert. We reserve the right to edit or censor an advertisement.
- An advert must be 'accepted' by Avenue Homes prior to the advertisement being shown on our web site or any other medium.
- The whole payment for the advertisement must be received before it is 'accepted'.
- The acceptance date and time is the start of the payment period.
- A week is any 7 contiguous days.
- Any advert that is not 'accepted' and over one week old may be removed by us.
- Cancellations and refund will not be made against accepted adverts.
- Avenue Homes reserves the right to change these rules at any time and for those rules to then apply.
- Web Site
- Avenue Homes reserves the right, from time to time, to maintain the site making the site unavailable. This will normally be done during off peak times. Advertisers will not be able to claim a rebate due to this.
- Avenue Homes will not be responsible for the impact of third party policies on the system.
- Avenue Homes reserves the right to change the system at any time.
- Any advertiser must notify Avenue Homes in the event of a change in the status of the property. If the property is sold and is no longer being marketed then we reserve the right to terminate a package or an advert with no refund of any remaining marketing items.
- Advertising Medium
- Avenue Homes will attempt to place advertisements in medium, such as local papers, when required by a customer but reserves the right to choose an appropriate alternative.
- Avenue Homes will not be responsible for the impact of third party policies or quality of the medium. We will attempt to obtain compensation from third party mediums but no guarantees can be made.
- Any advertiser must notify Avenue Homes in the event of a change in the status of the property. If the property is sold and is no longer being marketed then we reserve the right to terminate a package or an advert with no refund of any remaining marketing items.
- Purchased Items
- All items purchased will be receipted and should be kept as proof of purchase.
- A package may be purchased that includes several individual items. We have priced the package as a whole and once purchased the individual items can not be broken down and refunds claimed on unused items.
